- If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the date of entry of the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made in the period between 8 and 14 days prior to the date of entry of the reservation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- No import will be charged if the cancellation is made on a date prior to the aforementioned periods. In case of having already collected, it will remain in the fund or will be returned, according to the provider's estimations.
- In case of No-Show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
